Clean Air Toolbox for Cities
The Clean Air Toolbox for Cities is a new initiative at Columbia for solutions-oriented work to improve air quality in cities across the Global South. This initiative involves the collaborative efforts of more than 20 research groups from across Columbia University – Engineering, International and Public Affairs, Law, Public Health, Earth Science, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, the Earth Institute, the Data Science Institute, Barnard College and Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory – as well as an extensive network of local and global partners. Pilot efforts in Africa and India are supported by seed funding from the Columbia Earth Institute. For more information, visit aqtoolbox.org or follow them on Twitter (@aqtoolbox)
