Dreyfus Postdoctoral Fellowship Opening
A Dreyfus Postdoctoral Fellowship in Environmental Chemistry is available for a highly motivated individual to probe the surface chemistry of aerosol particles using the nonlinear optical techniques second harmonic generation (SHG) and vibrational sum frequency generation (SFG). The work will be performed at Columbia University in New York, NY, under the direction of V. Faye McNeill, Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering, and Kenneth B. Eisenthal, Mark Hyman Professor of Chemistry. Preference will go to outstanding candidates with experience with nonlinear optical techniques and a strong interest in their application to environmental systems.
Interested applicants should email a cover letter, CV, and contact information for three references to V. Faye McNeill ([email protected]), with the subject line ‘Dreyfus Fellowship’.
